The Resistance: - The Filthy Pony Tavern is run by Pavel, and he employs 3 girls as waitresses: Nina, Mia and Brina. They are in fact part of the resistance, and responsible for poisoning the caravan guards. They had a tip about the Governor sending something important to the castle with the caravan - which is why the bandits attacked. The party has allied with them, and are tasked with figuring out what was in the box that the Governor sent to the Castle. - Governor Oleg Dvor runs an alchemists shop in Krumilov. The shop is located in the same building where he lives together with his wife, Nastya. He has been called to Castle Shreek urgently, so he is currently away. The Wizards of Wine: - The Wizards of Wines is known by locals to be a place of bad fortune. Recent history of the Brink

After the Pillage, the people living in the area have not been content with the way the Barothy family has been handling things. They have been recruiting more heavily to better protect the region (and to be better equipped than the Order whom they consider a threat to their claims). In the meantime, they have been upping the taxes, and using their military might to enforce them. Some think this is a necessary change (just look at what happened during the Pillage), but others have di erent opinions. In either case, there is another major concern some people have about the Barothies, and in particular Lord Nikola: there are rumors that he uses his power to get women he likes into his bed. Despite several tesimonies, most dismiss this as a simple fabrication devised by those who want to remove the Barothies from power.   Harrow Roughly 15 years ago the tensions between the Barothies and the resistance sparked into open conflict. This was a result of some tragic event that took place in t

The characters and the caravan stops to rest, as the roads are dangerous during the night. - The group learned that a few days earlier a shipment from the dwarven mines was ambushed by trolls. The son of Jorg (the head of the clan) went missing, everybody else was slain. - A group of 3 monster hunters are the only other guests at the tavern. They seem to be arguing over something, and one

The Western Brink

Kép
The Western Brink is the region that forms the westernmost edge of the Realm. The region is ruled by the Barothy family, and protected by the Order from the threats of the Wild. The wooded slopes of this territory are rich in minerals, and most people here are involved with the mining of these riches in one way or another. Nested at the base of the surrounding hills lies the town of Krumilov. The community is lead by the Governor, who represents the Czar at this remote corner of the Realm. The governors primary role is to oversee the mines that are dotted in the hills around Krumilov, but also functions as a judge and a diplomat as the need arises.   The other notable settlement in the vicinity used to be the village of Rovinca. This small hamlet was founded by a local pastor of The Builder, who erected a temple next to a creek running through a lush valley. This attracted nearby farmers and miners, and a small community grew around the temple. However, some years ago a dark turn of
