The Filthy Pony Tavern:

- Frida, Bedrich and Honza: monster-hunters, responsible for the attack on the mining shipment. Currently in jail.

The Alchemists Shop:

- Governor Oleg Dvor: appointed 8 years ago to be the Governor of the city, as a result of the death of the previous governor. Runs the local alchemist shop.
- Nastya Dvor: wife of Oleg, also an alchemist.

- Lady Eliza de Barothy: widow of Lord Nikola
- Vitus de Barothy: eldest son of Lord Nikola, the de facto ruler of the Castle and the region after the demise of his father
- Barbarah de Barothy: the only daughter of Lord Nikola. Responsible for sending the letter to the Alchemists guild that brought Torvi to the region.
- Polln de Barothy: the youngest member of the Barothy family. Troubled by nightmares that seemingly only his older sister takes seriously.
- Dalek, master of arms of Castle Shreek: the commander of the armed forces, appointed about a decade ago after the events that took place in Harrow.
- Ludek, the Sage: serves as a councelor to the current ruler, and a diplomat to the rest of the Realm.

- Olga de Barothy: sister of Lord Nikola, she is married to a duke in the Heartland, currently visiting. Fled the castle in the wake of her brothers death, current location unknown. There is talk that her husband is a drunkard, and she was visiting the old family home often lately.

- Jorg, the jarl of the dwarven mining clan. Pledged his clans assistance to the party for the rescue of his missing son.
- Zardek, the troll who the party met in the woods while looking for the dwarf kid.
